About Your Coach

Hello! I'm thrilled to have you here! My name is Hannah and I'm a Certified Personal Trainer. I'm currently pursuing my undergraduate degree in Health and Human Performance with a focus on Exercise Science. In the future, I will be continuing my education to earn a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and incorporate that with my love of fitness. I'm also a passionate runner, competing in both Cross Country and Track events.

 

I'm excited to work with clients who are eager to begin their health journey. As your personal trainer, I'll meet you where you are, listen to your needs, and provide guidance, teaching, and inspiration. My approach is grounded in science-based training to help you achieve lasting results with personalized training plans. Whether you're a fitness enthusiast or just starting out, I'd love to be part of your journey.

If there are spots available, you will receive an email to schedule a 30-minute Zoom call where we get to meet each other, discuss your health and training history, as well as your goals. We will find a training plan that best fits your needs.
